Our goal is to support students in achieving their highest level of success at the International School of Latvia. We believe that this is best implemented by using a multidisciplinary-team approach that collaborates with our students, families, staff, and specialists.
Who DO we support?
Students are identified for services through a Response to Intervention (RTI) model of data collection and referral, utilizing a Student Support Team (SST) for collaboration. Initial members of the SST typically include relevant support services members, classroom teachers, and school principal. As the process moves forward, parents and even students will join the SST.
